The Welcome Center is an historic homestead that dates back to 1871. Willow Valley Communities partnered with CCS Building Group to renovate the building and create a vibrant and charming environment. Some of the enhancements to the layout and décor included the addition of a Euro café to provide refreshments to visitors and support periodic group functions. A 1,000 SF Discovery Room was added to introduce prospects to the living options at the community as well as surrounding community amenities.
Furthermore, a Design Studio was created to merchandise all building products available over the entire range of residential living choices. It includes displays for all flooring, wall finishes, cabinets, countertops and hardware. In addition, five kitchen and seven bath vignettes were installed to provide suggested paths for buyers who need direction. The vignettes showcase the range of appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, backsplash tile, hardware and lighting choices.
