In conjunction with the new Penrose Cottage Homes project, Dunwoody Village’s vision is to have a historic farmhouse on the property, built in 1770, re-purposed into an administrative office space. CCS Building Group has extensive experience in the renovation of historic structures and is fulfilling this vision by updating this 2,370 square foot farmhouse into a charming office environment.
Various items included within the renovation project are the demolition of a portion of the main building, stabilization to make the building safe, stripping and restoration of interior finishes, and replacement of the current roof with wood shakes.
