Willow Valley Communities engaged CCS Building Group to construct the final stage of their Providence Park neighborhood. The Providence Park Vistas consists of 53 luxury apartments in a 165,000 square foot, five-story building. The Vistas boast amazing views from a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the pond on one side and the Lancaster city skyline on the other.
Each unit features a contemporary design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and designer kitchens and baths. Four unique floor plans are available. The building also includes a continuous parking garage in the lower level. The Vistas were completed in the summer of 2017.
