As the second phase of Providence Park, Willow Valley Communities engaged CCS Building Group to build the Providence Park Town homes. CCS began working with Willow Valley at the beginning during land planning, assisting with navigating through challenges related to a sloping and limited site, and continued through the duration of the project. The town homes, built on 12 acres, offer full basements and decks overlooking Providence Park, the adjoining lakes and the surrounding countryside. In addition, the layout of the town homes allows for stunning, high ceilings that provide an inviting atmosphere and large windows that welcome natural light from the outside in.
Since the town homes were designed to appeal to a variety of residents, each home offers the ability to customize aspects such as adding an elevator, walk in shower or a finished basement. While the town homes offer an appealing atmosphere for the residents, they also offer cost savings for Willow Valley Communities. True to form, CCS Building Group installed LED light bulbs throughout each home to save on energy costs. In addition, trees that were removed from existing site conditions prior to construction were replanted throughout the community and storm water runoff from the surrounding site was channeled to supplement water levels in the adjacent pond and to help water the surrounding grass areas.
