CCS Building Group completed another retail space in the Willow Valley Crossroads campus. This building was designed around Starbucks as the anchor tenant and had room for build to suit in the second half of the building.
While this building is part of the larger campus and built to integrate, the owners were still able to make this building unique and special for the new tenant. Using 4 different materials on the exterior façade really makes it stand out.
