CCS is excited to partner with Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA to update the corridors and lounges at all four buildings at their Spring Run community. Working to compliment the already completed renovation to the dining environment at Spring Run, we will be replacing carpet and hardwood flooring, painting, replacing wallpaper, and updating the ceilings.
A new lean rail will be installed on both sides of the hallways, as well as new lighting fixtures on the walls and ceilings. On each floor, the existing elevator lobbies will be updated with new furniture and elevator finishes. The lounges and computer stations will include new casework and furniture on all 5 floors of each building. Construction started in September of 2017 on the 40,000 square foot space, and will continue through the fall of 2018.
