CCS Building Group and Willow Valley Communities partnered once again to start the first phase of the Herr Farm Development – Southpointe Villas. With 88 total units consisting of singles, duplexes, and triplexes, the Southpointe Villas represented the first step in a mutli-phase development which would also include five apartment buildings and a state-of-the-art Memory Care Facility. The exteriors incorporated a combination of natural stone and cement siding to give Southpointe a unique identity separate from that of Willow Valley’s existing campuses.
On the interiors, the standout feature is the large windows and 7ft doors giving each villa a spacious feel along with the open kitchen and living room concept. As the first step in a multi-year development, Southpointe Villas offers a great glimpse of what is to come at Willow Valley.
