SouthPointe Building M, situated within the SouthPointe at Lakes community of Willow Valley Communities, stands as a testament to luxury and craftsmanship. This new construction, a structural steel and cast-in-place concrete structure, boasts a three-story apartment building that provides twenty-four independent-living residences. With a goal to redefine modern living by offering an unparalleled blend of opulence, functionality, and expansive space, Willow Valley Communities contracted CCS Building Group and availed themselves of our design-build services to achieve their vision. Within a span of 15 months, this new construction design-build project yielded twenty-four units, featuring two distinct floor plans, underground parking, a dog washroom, and a resident lounge.

Covering an impressive 53,000 square feet, SouthPointe Building M provides residents with a luxury living experience accompanied by convenience and ample space. The two different floor plan options cater to diverse preferences. The Hatfield, spanning up to 1,737 square feet of meticulously designed living space, presents two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ensuring both comfort and privacy. On the other hand, the Kingsbury apartment offers up to 1,878 square feet, with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a study area. Each apartment is accompanied by an outdoor patio, affording residents additional space for personal enjoyment. Furthermore, we installed car charging ports in the parking areas to facilitate the charging of electrical vehicles, offering a convenient and sustainable solution to residents.

SouthPointe Building M holds the distinction of being the first apartment building within the SouthPointe Village expansion community, situated on Willow Valley’s Lakes Campus. To foster connectivity among all buildings and residents within the community, a network of walking trails and outdoor spaces interconnects with the rest of the campus, providing a seamless and integrated living experience.

At CCS Building Group we prioritize customization and personalized design to create exceptional living spaces for the residents. Each apartment within SouthPointe Building M is carefully tailored to the individual preferences of its occupants per the communities’ guidelines. Our dedicated in-house design team actively collaborates with each incoming resident, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the selection of finishing options and the design process. This collaborative approach enables us to seamlessly integrate unique and personalized touches, resulting in apartments that truly embody the desires and aspirations of their inhabitants. We take pride in our ability to transform their visions into reality, ensuring that each apartment is a perfect reflection of its resident’s personal style and preferences.

One notable standout feature of SouthPointe Building M is the exquisite custom-designed fountain at the front of the building. CCS Building Group worked closely with the fountain designer, OuterSpaces Inc. to create a one-of-a-kind structure that adds a touch of elegance and uniqueness to the overall ambiance of the community. The fountain showcases a remarkable design, featuring blackened stainless steel, 15 small rivulets per side, a stainless-steel mesh water veil over a mirrored stainless water wall, and a horizontal kerfed granite water wall. This collaboration exemplifies the essence of our design-build service, where seamless coordination and innovative solutions produce remarkable outcomes.

As is common with construction projects, challenges are bound to arise. During the construction process of this project, our team faced the hurdle of groundwater. However, our team swiftly adapted to this challenge, taking immediate action to address the issue, and seamlessly incorporating it into our construction schedule. By doing so, we successfully minimized disruptions and upheld the project’s timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient construction process.
