Dunwoody Village requested CCS Building Group to draw upon our extensive experience in renovating historic structures to repurpose a landmark barn within their community. The renovation initiative is in conjunction with the new Penrose Cottage Homes project at Dunwoody.
CCS will be converting the lower level of the barn into a contemporary office space for the daily utilization of the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The structure of the upper level of the barn will be stabilized to enable the future creation of a beautiful meeting and event space.
