CCS Building Group enjoyed working with Beaumont at Bryn Mawr, located in the heart of the Main Line in Bryn Mawr, PA. Beaumont at Bryn Mawr is a resident-owned community built around the existing 1912 Austin Mansion, which serves as the centerpiece of the retirement community. CCS Building Group was asked to renovate their commons building. This included updating finishes in the front lobby, the Grill Room, and Beaumont Room.
The plans also included removing walls to create a more open and welcoming feel in the lobby and updating and modifying the gift shop with new racks and displays. New paint, ceilings, and casework were installed throughout the 15,000 square foot portion of the facility. Work began in September 2017 and was completed in December 2017.
