CCS Building Group was selected to lead the pre-construction and construction management services for a new Advance Auto Parts retail location.
The project consisted of a built-to-suit store in The Willow Valley Square shopping center.
The project is located in a prominent and heavily traveled area of the shopping center, at the site of a former gas station. CCS proudly showcased innovation and work-site safety expertise with this challenging site location, and the aggressive delivery time frame that was presented for the project.
