CCS Building Group Earns National Association of Home Builders Award

 January 23, 2015:  Bill Koch, Sr., President of CCS Building Group, is pleased to announce that CCS Building Group was honored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) with a “Best of 50+ Housing Award.” It is the industry’s most prestigious national awards program honoring excellence in building, design, marketing and lifestyles of housing for boomers and beyond. The Best of 50+ Housing Awards are viewed as a showcase for innovation, emerging trends and quality housing for the mature demographic. The awards presentation was held at the recent International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas.

CCS Building Group was recognized for its excellence in construction with a Silver award for the Best 50+ Clubhouse (Over 6,000 Square Feet) for The Clubhouse at Willow Valley Communities. Encompassed within this 30,000 square foot building is a vast array of amenities including a six lane bowling alley, sports center designed around pickleball courts, volleyball, badminton and exercise equipment, golf simulator and vintage arcade featuring popular games from recent decades. In addition, the building features a wine locker area that serves the adjoining restaurant and card room.
