Prior to joining CCS, Chuck held senior leadership positions at Classic Rock Fabrication, where he successfully managed a diverse range of commercial and residential projects. His expertise in implementing Lean principles and cutting-edge technologies has consistently led to improved project performance and client satisfaction.
Chuck is passionate about fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. He is dedicated to mentoring emerging leaders in the construction field and actively participates in community projects. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys adventure motorcycle travel and spending time with his wife and two sons.
