Bill Koch Jr.

Project Manager

Bill began working in the construction industry sixteen years ago, learning carpentry skills through hands-on experience. While in college, he worked as a project management intern assisting in development of estimates, job schedules and coordination of project phasing for a healthcare facility renovation. After receiving a degree in construction management from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2010, Bill joined CCS as a full-time project engineer. In this capacity, Bill led the design/build development of Willow Valley Communities Cultural Center’s pool, fitness center, spa and café, as well as managed the renovation and addition to a historical Lancaster City building. In 2013, Bill was promoted to Project Manager. Most recently, he has completed numerous renovations across Willow Valley Communities Manor North Campus and a new independent living community for Garden Spot Village. He is responsible for managing all phases of the construction process, in addition to Pre-Construction, estimating, and awarding and issuing subcontracts.

Bill enjoys working on his home in Lancaster, spending time with his wife Ashley and daughter Madelyn, and playing golf.
