Bill began working in the construction industry over twenty years ago, first learning carpentry skills through hands-on experience. His passion for construction led to managing small renovation projects in the field and an education in construction management.
After receiving a degree in construction management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2010, Bill joined CCS Building Group as a full-time project engineer. During his time at CCS Building Group, Bill has been primarily involved in design/build, senior living healthcare, and independent living renovation and construction projects. Bill has held the role of Project Manager and Preconstruction Manager, and was recently promoted to Executive Vice President. In his new role, Bill will oversee project management and preconstruction teams, growing and developing relationships with clients and partners, and implementing new growth and business strategies.
Bill is a motivated manager with an ability to see the “big picture” of a project and is an expert in communicating pertinent project information with teams and stakeholders. His experience has proven valuable being involved with creating project programs and creating options and ideas to achieve customer goals. Bill is instrumental in providing construction cost value analysis for stakeholder decision-making during the early stages of design. He is efficient but thorough in processes and an assertive leader, seeing each job CCS delivers is done well.
Bill provides leadership and support to the CCS teams for preconstruction, estimating, and project management. His industry experience and care for growing relationships, allow him to consistently build strong teams of design consultants and trade partners, proven to deliver successful projects, exceeding customer expectations.
When not at CCS, Bill enjoys working on his home in Lancaster, playing golf and traveling with his wife Ashely, daughter Madelyn, and son Grayden. Bill serves in coordinating activities for community service and donation projects for CCS Building Group.
